There are infinite resources for learning test problems and content. Here, I do not teach problems or content. I teach mental approach, in order to help students enhance their scores.
Several years ago, I noticed that many of my students repeatedly missed problems on tests that they had already shown mastery over during practice. No amount of studying content and doing problems was going to thelp them.
This led me down a course of research and experimentation on equipping students with mental approach techniquest aside from content. I now help students increase their scores by incorporating evidence-based practices from pychology, including emotional regulation, mindfulness, thought labeling, nervous system regulation, and reframing.
